Returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, returned within 7 days of receiving frames, based in NZ, and meeting the rest of the eligibility criteria mentioned below) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. You have 7 days to book your return before the return will become invalid. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered. 

* Outlet sunglasses are not included in free returns

Customers wanting to return who fall outside of the 7 day returns window (but within the 14-day limit) will be required to cover the shipping costs back to us in order to get a refund.

• The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarized' sticker to validate that it has not been worn
• Proof of purchase may be requested

• Personalised cases are not elegible for return or refund

Please note that all purchases of outlet sunglasses are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the discounted nature of these items, we cannot offer free returns or refunds on outlet products. We recommend double-checking your order before purchasing to ensure you're completely satisfied with your selection.

Upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to three weeks for the refund process to be completed. The breakdown of this timeline is as follows:

Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper: 2-6 business days.

Processing time upon receipt of your return: 3 to 5 business days.

Bank processing time for the refund: 2 to 5 business days.
