All US sales are final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders placed through our US store. This policy is displayed at checkout, and by completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agree to these terms. We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll try our best to make right.

Before you buy

Not sure on sizing or fit? Our product pages include detailed size guides and measurements. You're also welcome to reach out before placing your order - we're happy to help you find the right pair. 

 

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute - we're always willing to work with you to resolve an issue. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
