Ned Black | Polarised Sunglasses
Some things you never have to think about. The Ned Black is one of them - our boldest everyday pair in classic black: a timeless, oversized silhouette rebuilt with angular lines that sharpens any look and goes with absolutely everything.

- Category 3 UV protection, perfect for driving, beach days, and high-glare environments
- Premium acetate frames, a plant-based material derived from tree pulp and cotton, and a sustainable alternative to plastic
- Sleek black colourway that pairs effortlessly with any outfit
- Complies with New Zealand and Australian sunglasses standards (AS/NZS 1067)
- Designed in New Zealand by a small, women-led team
The oversized angular frame, and why black works
The squared, oversized frame has been a wardrobe staple for decades - the shape you reach for when you want structure without fuss. The everyday pair you'll reach for on repeat, and never overthink.
The Ned Black is part of our Ned family. If you love the shape but want a bit more colour, Ned also comes in Orange and Tort.
