At Bored George, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find the need to return a product, please reach out to our dedicated team at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz. We are here to assist you through the returns process.

Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, based in NZ, and meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned below) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. You have 7 days to book your return before the return will become invalid. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered. 

* Outlet sunglasses are not included in free returns

Please take note of the following conditions for a smooth and hassle-free return:

• Online purchases only
• Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date
• The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarized' sticker to validate that it has not been worn
• Proof of purchase may be requested
• Outlet sunglasses are not included in free returns (see below for more info) 
• Personalised cases are not elegible for return or refund

Upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to three weeks for the refund process to be completed. The breakdown of this timeline is as follows:

• Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper: 2-6 business days.
• Processing time upon receipt of your return: 3 to 5 business days.
• Bank processing time for the refund: 2 to 5 business days.
