HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Once your order is sent from our HQ, you will receive an email from Bored George confirming that your order is on the way along with the tracking link.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you want to change your delivery address, please email us at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order has already been shipping, you will need to contact the courier company using your tracking link on your shipping confirmation email sent to you by Bored George.
What happens if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Please visit our Contact page or email us at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz within 7 days to report the issue.
Following inspection the item, Bored George will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
