Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarized' sticker to validate that it has not been worn.

Proof of purchase may be requested.


Free Returns:

Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, based in NZ, and meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered.

Not sure if petite size is accurate

ADORE these sunnies, but purchased specifically as they were suitable for petite faces. These still slide right off if I bend down which is a shame, but ain’t no way I’m returning them! Love them :)

Hi Ellen, as sunglasses can't be one size fits all - depending on your head shape they may need to be adjusted. This is a simple fix for us and a service we provide for free. The sunglasses are made from a material called Acetate which means they are super durable and easily moldable. I will email you with a return ticket to get these tightened for you x
