Eligibility for Return:

Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarized' sticker to validate that it has not been worn.

Proof of purchase may be requested.

Free Returns:

Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, based in NZ, and meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered.
