STANDARD:
145mm Frame Width
Our original Piper fit. Best suited to standard to wider face shapes and designed to comfortably fit most faces. Perfect if you love an oversized look with a little extra coverage and room. Best for: Standard to wide faces, fits most face shapes.
XS:
136mm Frame Width
Designed for slimmer face shapes or those who prefer a snugger, more fitted feel. Best for: Slim or narrow faces or if you prefer a snugger fit.

When will I get my order?
Each pair is made to your prescription and dispatched within 7 days. As our lenses are produced by our manufacturing partners in Australia, your order will be dispatched from there warehouse.
Claiming on your health insurance (NZ & Australia)
Got optical cover? Your prescription glasses may be claimable. Every prescription order comes with an itemised tax receipt - just submit it to your insurer or health fund to claim your rebate.
Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses are usually claimable (policy dependent); non-prescription styles like blue light and standard sunnies generally aren't. Cover, limits, and waiting periods vary by plan, so check the details of your own policy.

Sizing and fit
The Piper Tort prescription is our standard-size cat-eye, with an extra-small fit also available in Tort and Black. Love the look but want a different colour? The Piper family also comes in Black, Purple, and Shimmer.

SHIPPING
NZ: Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD.
AU: Standard delivery is $9 AUD.
Prescription glasses are custom-made to order, so they require a little extra processing time. Please allow 10-14 days (10-16 for rural locations) from the date you upload your script.
RETURNS
As each prescription pair is made specifically for you, all prescription sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Warranty
Should there be any issue with your prescription lenses, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to put it right.
