Free Returns:
Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, based in NZ, and meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. You have 7 days to book your return before the return will become invalid. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered.
* Outlet sunglasses are not included in free returns.
Outlet Sunglasses Return Policy
Please note that all purchases of outlet sunglasses are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the discounted nature of these items, we cannot offer free returns or refunds on outlet products. We recommend double-checking your order before purchasing to ensure you're completely satisfied with your selection.
