When will I get my order?
Each pair is made to your prescription and dispatched within 7 days. As our lenses are produced by our manufacturing partners in Australia, your order will be dispatched from there warehouse.
Claiming on your health insurance (NZ & Australia)
Got optical cover? Your prescription glasses may be claimable. Every prescription order comes with an itemised tax receipt - just submit it to your insurer or health fund to claim your rebate.

The Kylie takes that seventies oval and modernises it: slimmer, cleaner, less novelty and more wardrobe staple. Espresso is where it gets easy. A deep, warm brown does everything black does, but with less contrast against your skin and a little more softness - the neutral you didn't know you were missing.

NZ: Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD.
AU: Standard delivery is $9 AUD.
Prescription glasses are custom-made to order, so they require a little extra processing time. Please allow 10-14 days (10-16 for rural locations) from the date you upload your script.
RETURNS
As each prescription pair is made specifically for you, all prescription sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Warranty
Should there be any issue with your prescription lenses, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to put it right.
