Returns Policy

At Bored George, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find the need to return a product, please reach out to our dedicated team at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz. We are here to assist you through the returns process. Please take note of the following conditions for a smooth and hassle-free return:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarized' sticker to validate that it has not been worn.
  • Proof of purchase may be requested.

Free Returns:

Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, based in NZ, and meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to three weeks for the refund process to be completed. The breakdown of this timeline is as follows:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper: 2-6 business days.
  • Processing time upon receipt of your return: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Bank processing time for the refund: 2 to 5 business days.
