We offer a lens replacement service for $45 NZD + return shipping, perfect for bringing your Bored George sunnies back to life after general wear and tear.

Warranty Coverage:

If your lenses are affected by a manufacturing fault within the first 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Please note: this does not include scratched lenses or damage caused by general use.

To arrange a lens replacement, please email us at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz with your order number (or receipt), a photo of your sunglasses, your postage address and mobile number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Sunnies feeling a little loose or not sitting quite right? We offer a complimentary adjustment service to make sure your Bored George frames fit like a dream.

Whether it’s a quick tightening or a subtle reshape, we’re happy to help keep your shades comfortable and secure.

Free within the first month of purchase — we’ll cover the adjustment and return shipping.

After one month, the service remains free, but you’ll just need to cover return shipping.
