If your lenses are affected by a manufacturing fault within the first 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace them free of charge. Please note: this does not include scratched lenses or damage caused by general use.
To arrange a lens replacement, please email us at shop@boredgeorge.co.nz with your order number (or receipt), a photo of your sunglasses, your postage address and mobile number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note: We do not offer lens replacements for outlet styles as these are end of the line.
