Free returns/exchanges on products over $100.

Returns/exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarised' sticker to validate that it has not been worn. See below for further criteria.

Read our policies below if you have purchased during a sale period, from our outlet section or have received a free gift with your order.

All purchases of outlet sunglasses and sale items over 30% are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We recommend double-checking your order before purchasing to ensure you're completely satisfied with your selection.

If a promotion is conditional on purchasing multiple pairs of sunglasses (e.g. buy 2 pairs, get 20% off) and a return is requested for one pair, the order no longer qualifies for the discount.

From time to time we offer a complimentary gift with purchase as part of a promotion.

If you received a free gift with your order and wish to return the items for a refund or exchange, the complimentary gift must also be returned.

ELIGIBILITY

  • The free gift must be returned alongside the item(s) being returned
  • The gift must be in unused condition and returned with its original packaging

If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
