At Bored George, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and provide reliable delivery options both within New Zealand and internationally.
New Zealand Shipping
We offer FREE New Zealand shipping on all orders over $100.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including based on shipping location or pricing. The rates and availability displayed on our website are intended as a general guide only.
For orders under $100, the following shipping rates apply:

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery estimates provided above are guidelines only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including:
• courier delays
• weather disruptions
• customs processing for international shipments
• peak shopping periods
Bored George is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• checking around your delivery location
• checking with neighbours or building managers
• contacting the courier directly
If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the delivery.
Returns Policy
All sales are final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders placed through our US store. This policy is displayed at checkout, and by completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agree to these terms. We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at shop@boredgeorge.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll try our best to make right.

Please contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute - we're always willing to work with you to resolve an issue. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
