Eligibility for Return:

Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.

The product must be in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging, including the 'polarized' sticker to validate that it has not been worn.

Proof of purchase may be requested.


Free Returns:

Customers qualifying for free returns (purchase value exceeding $90, based in NZ, and meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above) will be contacted for a pick-up address, and a returns label will be emailed to them. For customers outside of New Zealand, return shipping costs will not be covered.

Really groovy, but didn’t last long

Really loved these glasses when I brought them. They were exactly what I was looking for. However, about 7-10 months after I brought them, the polarised filter started to separate in both lenses. Not sure whether this was a fault with the glasses or if maybe water or something got into them, but it made them super uncomfortable for my eyes to wear, especially when driving. The place I brought them from didn’t offer refunds for glasses, so I decided to keep them for beach days. But the other day (2 years after purchasing) I opened them to put them on and one of the side frames just fell off, it wasn’t a screw, but rather the metal looked as if it had snapped off. I was pretty gutted that they didn’t last as long as I thought they would, given the price. But they are super groovy and great when they are brand new!
