Black sunglasses are easy, but they're also everywhere. The Piper Purple gives you the same wear-with-anything ease, just with a bit more interest. The translucent purple acetate lets light through, so the colour shifts subtly depending on what you're wearing and where you're standing - never flat, never loud. The oversized cat-eye shape keeps it grown-up and flattering. Perfect for anyone who wants their daily sunglass to feel a little less default.

The Piper Purple is our standard-size cat-eye. If you love the cat-eye look but want a different colour, the Piper family also comes in Tort, Black, and Shimmer.

Free shipping on all NZ orders over $100 NZD.
For AU orders, shipping is free over $100 AUD ($19 AUD under $100).
RETURNS
We offer free NZ wide returns, given you meet the criteria.
All outlet sunglasses and sale items discounted 30% or more are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Warranty
Sunglasses are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Exclusion: Outlet sunglasses, including seconds and samples.
Bored George warranties cover manufacturing faults only - that is, defects in materials or workmanship present at the time your sunglasses were made.

The fit for my face and head are so good especially not being able to try them on first. I was naturally nervous however they don’t slip or cause headache tightness at all. I’m in love with the translucent frames which go with any outfit. These glasses are on high rotation and I’m reaching for them above any others - a great buying experience! Thank you

The first pair of glasses I have owned that don’t hurt my nose or feel heavy on my face. The compliments flow from everyone that sees them and tries them on. The shape seems to suit everyone!!!
